- A future where a New Hampshire citizen of any age with a mental illness or emotional
disorder will recover and achieve a productive life of their choosing in their community
- A future in which all societal stigma related to a mental illness/emotional disorder
will be eliminated
- A future when mental illness/emotional disorders will be detected at their earliest
beginnings or prevented from occurring altogether

Mission |

CBHA strives to prevent,
identify and treat mental illness/emotional disorders in close collaboration with
the citizens of New Hampshire, including those persons affected by such illness
or disorder, their families and loved ones, their communities and public policy-makers. |

Purpose |

It is the purpose of CBHA to identify and implement effective prevention, treatment
(including, but not limited to evidence-based practices) and other support interventions
that lead to early identification of and the recovery of persons with a mental illness
or emotional disorder. |
